Cancel an order

Step 1: Sign In

Before proceeding with the cancellation, please log in to your Lalaas account.


Step 2: Find Your Order
  • Go to your “My Orders” section.
  • Select the order you wish to cancel from the list of your recent orders.

  • Please note, orders marked as “Shipped” or “In Transit” cannot be canceled online. In such cases, please contact customer support.

  • If your order is eligible, you will see a “Cancel Order” button next to the order.
  • Click the “Cancel Order” button to submit your cancellation request.

Step 5: Confirmation
  • After submitting the cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Your order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • If your cancellation request cannot be processed due to shipping or delivery status, you will be notified, and you can return the item for a full refund after receiving it.
